Martina’s Candidate Statement

I humbly and respectfully accept the nomination to be considered as a candidate for the Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) Board. I write this candidate statement with deep admiration for our sector and the institution that OFN has built.

My name is Martina Edwards, and I am the Chief of Strategic Partnerships for Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE) responsible for fundraising, developing, and managing strategic partnerships. This supports our mission of providing access to capital, combined with coaching and connections for underserved entrepreneurs. ACE is a 23-year-old mission-based loan fund that happens to be the largest small business only focused CDFI in the state, covering metro and rural Georgia.
