OFN Welcomes 19 New Member CDFIs

Since we last welcomed new OFN members back in April, we have had 19 CDFIs join our network. We welcome our newest members! Learn more about each new member CDFI:

1. Black Economic Development Coalition, Inc. dba Tools for Change (TFC)
Miami, Florida

For more than 20 years, this loan fund has been offering access to capital and technical assistance to Black entrepreneurs in Dade County.

2. Community Development Corporation of Long Island (CDCLI) Funding Corporation, Inc.
Centereach, New York

With a focus on housing, this loan fund is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Congratulations to CDCLI!

3. Community Housing Services Agency, Inc.
Savannah, Georgia

CHSA became a certified CDFI in 2017 and focuses on the housing needs of low-income, low-wealth, and other underserved people and communities in Savannah, Georgia.

4. Growth Opportunity Partners
Cleveland, Ohio

This loan fund focuses on helping businesses reach their full potential and create meaningful-wage jobs in Northeast Ohio.

5. Lendistry
Los Angeles, California

Since 2014, Lendistry has been working to get capital into the hands of small businesses through a quick online application process.

6. Lendreams [Corporacion para el Financiamiento Empresarial del Comercio y de las Comunidades (COFECC])
San Juan, Puerto Rico

COFECC, under its new brand name, Lendreams, is one of the most experienced CDFIs in Puerto Rico. Lendreams is also OFN’s first member headquartered in Puerto Rico!

7. Life Asset
Washington, DC

This loan fund focuses on providing capital to entrepreneurs located in and around our nation’s capital who might not find funding elsewhere.

8. National Minority Supplier Development Council Business Consortium Fund, Inc.
New York, New York

This loan fund focuses exclusively on financing the growth and development of minority suppliers to corporate America.

9. Native360 Loan Fund, Inc.
Grand Island, Nebraska

A certified CDFI since 2013, this loan fund focuses on building strong and self-sufficient Native American communities.

10. Neighborhood Housing Services of San Antonio
San Antonio, Texas

Since 1989, NHS has developed and constructed more than 325 new homes, rehabbed 200 existing homes, and closed more than 1,400 loans, totaling more than $30 million.

11. Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida, Inc.
Miami, Florida

Since 1978, this loan fund has been focusing on sustainable housing to stabilize neighborhoods, empowering approximately 1,500 households annually.

12. NewCorp, Inc.
New Orleans, Louisiana

Since 1995, this loan fund has been a valuable economic catalyst for small and medium minority- and women-owned businesses in New Orleans and the state of Louisiana.

13. Nimiipuu Community Development Fund
Lapwai, Idaho

This Native CDFI provides financial resources and technical assistance to Nez Perce Tribal members and members of the surrounding community.

14. Rainier Valley Community Development Fund
Seattle, Washington

Since 2006, RVCDF has invested more than $67.4 million into their community through 164 loans, of which more than 80 percent went to minority- and women-owned businesses.

15. Solita’s House
Tampa, Florida

This loan fund offers a variety of financial education resources and affordable loans to the Tampa, Florida, community.

16. Tennessee Rural Development Fund
Cookeville, Tennessee

Established in 2017, this loan fund focuses on providing affordable capital to spur business growth and expansion in rural communities in Tennessee.

17. Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation
New York, New York

UMEZ is a loan fund that works to sustain economic revitalization in the communities of Upper Manhattan, including Central, West, and East Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood.

18. Ventura County Community Development Corporation
Oxnard, California

Since 2001, VCCDC has helped thousands of low- and moderate-income families achieve their dreams of homeownership.

19. Venture North Funding & Development
Traverse City, Michigan

This loan fund provides capital and other resources to entrepreneurs and small businesses in Northern Michigan.
