A Day in the Life: You are relationship-focused and leverage your network to build and deepen relationships with new and existing philanthropic, bank and corporate funders and impact investors. Associate Marketing & Strategic Communications

A Day in the Life: You support the management of OFN’s marketing and strategic communications activities and marketing technology infrastructure. You monitor and update content on OFN’s websites, manage OFN’s marketing technology software, track department KPIs, and update and organize all marketing and communications content and brand assets for share use across OFN. You report to the VP, Marketing.

Associate, Public Policy

A Day in the Life: With your strong knowledge of federal legislative and regulatory process, you will promote OFN’s policy agenda and raise the organization’s profile with policy makers and other key audiences. You work closely with OFN’s External Affairs team to lead legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts related to policies impacting the CDFI industry; engage with our membership in advocacy activities; and represent us with federal policy makers, national coalitions, and other ally organizations. You report to EVP, External Affairs.

A Day in the Life: You are the go to for all things Salesforce! You lean in on different IT and system areas to recommend improved technology systems for OFN. You assist in managing SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and online community platforms. You report to OFN’s Chief Operations and Strategy Officer.

Credit Analyst, Associate Financial Services

A Day in the Life: You are a recent graduate interested in impact investing and learning about the CDFI industry.  You will support OFN’s senior financial services staff in the underwriting and portfolio management of OFN’s investments. Your responsibilities will include loan investment analysis, financial statement analysis, monitoring debt investments, relationship management, portfolio analysis, and composing written summaries.

Investment Officer, Bond Guarantee Program

A Day in the Life: You are a savvy and experienced investment officer who can drive the expansion of member CDFIs’ participation in the Bond Guarantee Program (“BGP”), a federal credit program within the Department of Treasury. You will analyze primarily debt investment opportunities and structure multi-party Bond Issuances for CDFIs using loan portfolio and financial statement data, and participate in in-depth conversations with organizations’ senior management teams.
