Executive Assistant 

Come be a part of our growing team as Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-level top executives of the organization other than the President & CEO. The successful candidate will have initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

This Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has overall responsibility for ensuring OFN’s financial strength, stability, risk management, and appropriate operational and capital liquidity through the management of OFN’s budget, financial performance, and organizational metrics. The EVP, CFO leads the budget formulation process in close collaboration with the EVP, Chief Operating Officer and President & Chief Executive Officer. The EVP, CFO is responsible for managing the financial and organizational data for OFN’s annual audit and Aeris rating. The EVP, CFO is a member of OFN’s Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall management of the Accounting and Finance Team. The EVP, CFO works closely with the Finance Committee and the Treasurer of the OFN Board of Directors.

Grant Compliance Specialist

OFN seeks a motivated individual interested in growing in their career to join our expanding team as the Grant Compliance Specialist. This role is responsible for monitoring the use and processing requisitions of grant funds from sub-recipients, as well as ensuring sub-recipient compliance with the necessary rules, regulations, and reporting requirements for grant programs including the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. Senior Associate, Climate

OFN is seeking an entrepreneurial, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join the Climate team. OFN has established climate change as a priority area of focus for the organization. This role will support OFN’s growing climate initiatives, including the development and deployment of our new program which will be funded by the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. The goal of this program is to transform the community development finance industry with a new clean financing ecosystem. Senior Associate, Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund

The Senior Associate, Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, supports communications for OFN’s activities under the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), particularly the Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA), in addition to the National Clean Investment Fund. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, this role assists in designing and executing all aspects of internal and external CCIA project communications. The Senior Associate helps develop high-quality content and reporting that informs audiences, elevates learning, and demonstrates impact. This position supports the promotion of project activities through key communication channels and engages critical partners, OFN members, and community stakeholders through strategic outreach and innovative communication practices.

Vice President, Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement and Management

This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an exciting new team and lead new project efforts. The Vice President (VP) leads OFN’s Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement and Management team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Research.

The VP is responsible for contributing to OFN’s efforts to build organizational and programmatic theories of change; leading impact measurement and management processes and data collections; leading and conducting internal program evaluations; selecting and managing external evaluation partners; providing thought leadership in the CDFI industry around impact measurement and management and program evaluation; supervising and developing research staff; and contributing to the execution of OFN’s research agenda and projects.
