Associate, Climate Training Operations
OFN seeks a solutions-oriented, intellectually curious Associate, Climate Training Operations with superior attention to detail and organizational skills to support the execution of climate lending training and capacity-building programs for its members, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This is an exciting opportunity within OFN’s Development Services team to contribute to a new program and partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to transform the community development finance industry with new clean financing ecosystems.
Associate, Marketing and Communications
Do you love all things marketing, communications, and technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and want to help create economic opportunity for people and places that mainstream finance doesn’t traditionally reach? Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) is looking for a talented team player to join OFN’s strategic communications team. Responsibilities include tracking, formatting, and publishing content updates across OFN’s website in alignment with best practices, collecting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and helping to manage marketing technology software and vendors.
Associate, Peer Learning
OFN seeks a highly organized, people-oriented Associate, Peer Learning to support the coordination and execution of peer learning opportunities for our network of mission-driven community lenders. This role is responsible for providing operational and logistical support for peer learning communities, regional meetings, and other peer learning programming. This role works closely with community development finance practitioners to facilitate networking and foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a sense of community amongst OFN’s membership. This is a new and exciting opportunity within OFN’s Development Services team for candidates interested in being part of a growing team dedicated to the production of high-quality, practitioner-centered programming, services, and resources to support CDFIs and other mission-driven lenders.
Executive Assistant
Come be a part of our growing team as Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-level top executives of the organization other than the President & CEO. The successful candidate will have initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in managing the top-tier executives’ schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communication, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support their day-to-day operations and allow them to focus on strategic decision-making and business activities. You may engage in confidential matters, liaise with other departments, and oversee special projects as needed.
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
This Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has overall responsibility for ensuring OFN’s financial strength, stability, risk management, and appropriate operational and capital liquidity through the management of OFN’s budget, financial performance, and organizational metrics. The EVP, CFO leads the budget formulation process in close collaboration with the EVP, Chief Operating Officer and President & Chief Executive Officer. The EVP, CFO is responsible for managing the financial and organizational data for OFN’s annual audit and Aeris rating. The EVP, CFO is a member of OFN’s Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall management of the Accounting and Finance Team. The EVP, CFO works closely with the Finance Committee and the Treasurer of the OFN Board of Directors.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
The Executive Vice President and General Counsel (GC) will play a pivotal role in this multifaceted organization, serving as a strategic legal advisor and leader across its trade association, membership group, and CDFI functions. As the strategic legal advisor and leader for OFN, the GC will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team (ELT), responsible for providing strategic and expert legal counsel and leadership on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and governance matters.

Grant Compliance Specialist
OFN seeks a motivated individual interested in growing in their career to join our expanding team as the Grant Compliance Specialist. This role is responsible for monitoring the use and processing requisitions of grant funds from sub-recipients, as well as ensuring sub-recipient compliance with the necessary rules, regulations, and reporting requirements for grant programs including the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. This role serves as a liaison between grantees and internal programmatic and finance staff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow the role.

OFN is expanding our accounting team and seeks a new Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will assist in developing and maintaining OFN’s budgets, reporting, and analysis. This role also serves as an administrator for the organization’s payroll and timekeeping software ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Senior Associate, Climate
OFN is seeking an entrepreneurial, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join the Climate team. OFN has established climate change as a priority area of focus for the organization. This role will support OFN’s growing climate initiatives, including the development and deployment of our new program which will be funded by the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. The goal of this program is to transform the community development finance industry with a new clean financing ecosystem. The Senior Associate, Climate will support the development and subsequent management of new climate initiatives including: workforce development programs, help desk, lender training programs, market building activities, and impact data collection.
Senior Associate, Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund
The Senior Associate, Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, supports communications for OFN’s activities under the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), particularly the Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA), in addition to the National Clean Investment Fund. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Communications, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, this role assists in designing and executing all aspects of internal and external CCIA project communications. The Senior Associate helps develop high-quality content and reporting that informs audiences, elevates learning, and demonstrates impact. This position supports the promotion of project activities through key communication channels and engages critical partners, OFN members, and community stakeholders through strategic outreach and innovative communication practices.
Senior Associate, Grant Accountant
OFN is expanding our accounting team and seeks a new Senior Associate. The Senior Associate, Grant Accountant will help ensure organizational accounting compliance with federal regulations and grant requirements, including but not limited to the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). This position will lead communications for OFN’s program under the Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA), part of the EPA’s $27 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). As part of the strategic communications team, this role will serve as the dedicated lead in designing and achieving all aspects of internal and external CCIA project communications. OFN seeks a mission driven and experienced manager to join our expanding team as the VP, Closing. This is an expansion role that will manage the closing process for investments and grants made to OFN member mission driven community lenders. The role is primarily responsible for overseeing the closing, disbursement, and onboarding processes for various financial transactions, including loans, investment, and grants. This role is also responsible for managing staff.
Vice President, Grant Administration and Compliance

Vice President, Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement and Management
This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an exciting new team and lead new project efforts. The Vice President (VP) leads OFN’s Program Evaluation and Impact Measurement and Management team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Research.
The VP is responsible for contributing to OFN’s efforts to build organizational and programmatic theories of change; leading impact measurement and management processes and data collections; leading and conducting internal program evaluations; selecting and managing external evaluation partners; providing thought leadership in the CDFI industry around impact measurement and management and program evaluation; supervising and developing research staff; and contributing to the execution of OFN’s research agenda and projects.
