Vice President of Capital Solutions

Summary

Community Vision is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Capital Solutions (VPCS) to lead Community Vision’s department  responsible for deploying a spectrum of community development capital to nonprofit organizations  and social enterprises.

Responsibilities

Priorities for this position include continuing to grow the organization’s capital deployment, balancing risk and impact, and evaluating, proposing, and implementing additional capital offerings that meet community needs and priorities.

Requirements

• Extensive (10+ years) successful experience managing commercial real estate (housing, facilities) lending activities, preferably within a CDFI, nonprofit lender, or credit union

• Extensive experience managing staff and a complex department with multiple goals, products, and activities

• Extensive experience in real estate-based lending, including underwriting complex affordable housing and/or commercial real estate transactions; deal structuring; workouts; and risk mitigation

• Extensive experience related to loan fund capitalization, including working with institutional and impact investors

• Extensive experience in developing credit policies and evaluating credit

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $210,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
