Senior Vice President (SVP), Associate General Counsel
Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Corporate (“AGCC”). This position will play a key role in helping this multifaceted organization achieve its mission by serving as legal counsel for corporate and transactional matters involving OFN’s trade association, membership group, and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) functions. The AGCC will serve as a key member of OFN’s Office of General Counsel and will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and leadership on a wide range of corporate, transactional and governance matters. This role requires an experienced legal professional with a strong interest in OFN’s mission and a deep understanding of the transactional needs of corporate entities in the non-profit or financial services industry.
Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This position will play a critical role in advancing Opportunity Finance Network’s mission by leading financial planning, budgeting, strategic financial analysis, and treasury management processes across the organization and its subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the CFO, the SVP, FP&A will provide strategic financial insights, drive financial sustainability and drive data-informed decision-making to support organizational objectives. This position requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in financial modeling and analysis, asset/liability management, and investment strategies. The SVP, FP&A will work closely with the CFO, President & CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and other key stakeholders to align financial strategies with the organization’s mission and goals.
Vice President, Data Engineering
Opportunity Finance Network is looking to fill the position of Vice President, Data Engineering. This role will provide pivotal leadership within OFN’s Data team. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s data infrastructure and engineering processes. This position develops and optimizes scalable data pipelines, integrations, and a robust data architecture to support OFN’s strategic goals. In addition, the VP leads efforts to ensure efficient data flow management across the organization, upholding industry best practices to empower OFN’s mission of supporting Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and driving inclusive economic growth.
