The curtain call for 2024 is almost here, and what a year it has been for Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) membership. This year, our members proved once again that they are made for this moment — from seizing new partnerships to driving bold investments, and making headlines, to producing an Oscar-nominated film and celebrating OFN40.
In 2024, OFN’s membership team welcomed 76 new members — a 240% increase from 2023. This growth reflects the strength, dedication, and innovation that define community development financial institutions (CDFIs).
This past year, the OFN membership team connected with the leaders of 11 members to learn what fuels their work and transformative impact in their communities. As we embark on a new year, revisit reflections from these inspiring leaders and celebrate the work CDFIs do every day in rural, urban, and Native communities across the nation to create opportunity, drive equity, and transform lives.
