Financial Analyst, NH Community Loan Fund

Doug Warrender joined the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund as a Financial Analyst in 2021. His responsibilities include compiling, analyzing, and presenting financial and social impact data and key performance indicators that illustrate how the Community Loan Fund builds resilience in local communities and why impact investors trust us to produce financial and social returns. Before switching into the nonprofit sector, Doug was an Operational Due Diligence Analyst for a private equity fund of funds and for an advisor consultant, as well as an investment analyst for an investment advisor and a private equity consultant. Doug grew up in California and holds a BA in Audio Engineering and Music Education and an MA in Vocal Performance from California State University, Chico, as well as an MS in Finance from St. Mary’s College of California. He also earned the CFA designation (inactive). Outside of work, when he’s not keeping up with his four kids, five cats, and 14 chickens, Doug likes woodworking and hiking. He also currently serves as the Board Treasurer of Gathering Waters Chartered Public School.
