Daniel J. Quinn, Ph.D.

Dan is a member of the leadership team and oversees the talent and economic development policy area at PPA, where he leads research, evaluation, and consulting initiatives aimed at fostering local solutions. He is a seasoned leader in public policy, specializing in organizational management, coalition building, and group facilitation. Before working at PPA, he served as the executive director of the Great Lakes Center for Education Research and Practice. He was a secondary social studies teacher specializing in economics for nearly two decades. He holds a Ph.D. in educational leadership from Oakland University and currently serves as the President of the Mid-Western Educational Research Association (MWERA).
