Shelterforce Highlights Concern About Proposed Changes to Community Reinvestment Act
Amidst ongoing debate about proposed regulatory changes to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Shelterforce’s March 5 article “Pulling the Rug From Under Community Development?” shares perspectives from a cross section of leaders from the community development industry.

“By changing the whole conversation to a numerical goal that banks have to work toward, you’re very much advantaging larger, easier transactions, and those are not always the ones that are most impactful,” Vasiloff says.
