OFN and St. Louis Fed Launch New CDFI Connect Research Community

OFN is excited to announce the launch of its newest community on our CDFI Connect virtual platform!
Spearheaded by OFN’s Lance Loethen in partnership with Michael Eggleston of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the CDFI Research Community intends to foster research collaborations and share analyses that objectively evaluate CDFIs’ social impact, financial performance, and capitalization structures, among other relevant topics. Additionally, the community seeks to discuss, conduct, and promote research that can help CDFIs further their programmatic goals, attract new sources of capital, and increase visibility to a broader stakeholder audience.

The St. Louis Fed has also launched a CDFI Symposium Webinar Series. This series exclusively focuses on research surrounding the purpose and influence of community development financial institutions (CDFIs).
