Summary

The Program Administration and Data Lead is a salaried, exempt position that reports to the Director of Compliance and Data. The Program Administration and Data Lead is responsible for building and maintaining program delivery applications on platforms such as Smartsheet; organizing program data into dashboards; and compiling and analyzing data to support strategic organizational decision-making. The Program Administration and Data Lead will also perform key functions related to data and database management, partnering with various A4CB departments to ensure the highest level of data accuracy throughout the organization’s data architecture.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  • Design forms that entrepreneurs can use to apply for services including grants and coaching, alongside partner organizations
  • Build, test, and update forms as requirements evolve
  • Create visualizations of application data to inform partners on progress against program goals
  • Invoice program partners to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for program expenses incurred
  • Compile data on previous programs to support future data requests and audits
  • Support other data requests the department must fulfill using our data architecture
  • Perform other duties flexibly and creatively as needs arise

The Program Administration and Data Lead should have a:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data design and build
  • High level of proficiency using Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, and end-user reporting toolsets
  • Proven track record of attending to detail; tracking, analyzing and reporting data; and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative workstyle that thrives in a fast-paced environment with a customer service focus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience and skills. A4CB offers generous medical and dental insurance plans; offers a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan (with employer match); and provides excellent paid time off to its employees.
