Summary

The Vermont Community Loan Fund (VCLF) is hiring a Loan Administrator. This position will work in all aspects of loan processing and servicing, and is an opportunity to learn about how financial services such as lending impact social and economic justice. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and excels in managing a variety of tasks.   A candidate for this position may be just entering the workforce or looking for a career change; VCLF will provide all necessary training.

Compensation and Benefits

VCLF is an equal opportunity employer. This position is a 40 hour per week, non-exempt position, with many benefits including health, retirement with employer match and generous paid time off. Beginning hourly wage is $23.00 – $27.00. Compensation will reflect level of relevant experience.
