Summary
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) implements and administers Craft3 human resources policies, procedures, payroll, and benefits. HRM oversees administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, and long-term staffing strategies. This position works closely with the COO and Craft3 management staff to help align performance plans with key organizational goals that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, recruitment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce with a commitment to racial justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements
Seven years’ progressive experience in Human Resources supporting workforce development, payroll, business administration; nonprofit experience preferred. Three years’ supervision experience a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Conversion of HRIS systems experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
$80,000 – $102,000 annually DOE
