Summary
The Homeownership Manager is responsible for leading Frontier’s financing efforts with homebuyers. This manager is a leader and key member of Frontier’s lending team and is responsible for performance on a collection of production goals each year.
Responsibilities
- Help reach programmatic goals while managing team members
- Help implement policies that allow management to have up-to-date information for decision making
- Help generate construction related homeownership solutions for customers alongside current team
- Develop more efficient processes that foster excellent and responsive customer service
Requirements
- Ability to resolve problems and to complete mortgage applications thoroughly and accurately
- Knowledge of secondary market and/or state housing agency loan programs and documents
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, including people of varying economic means
- Have a knowledge of and an affinity for Frontier’s mission.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
