We work with many leading financial institutions in the $234 billion donor advised fund market, including Fidelity Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, Morgan Stanley GIFT, and National Philanthropic Trust. Our suite of solutions makes it easy to source and implement impact investments that meet the needs of financial advisors, donor advised fund sponsors and their clients, foundations, asset management institutions, and more.

Do you have a successful track record of implementing unique technology solutions that delight clients in financial services?

We are seeking a purpose-driven technology professional to elevate our technology platform to the next-level and introduce a critical new audience to CapShift’s technology platform.

In this role you’ll be:

• Create the vision for what is possible with CapShift’s Technology Platform – listening to business line and customer needs to build a technology roadmap that will support CapShift’s growth and delight our clients

• Oversee our remote development team

• Gather business requirements and oversee implementation

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points – making key recommendation on how to improve CapShift’s technology product


· 5-7+ years of work experience in philanthropy, financial services and/or impact investing

· Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM; experience with Salesforce Communities and MarketingCloud is desired

· Experience working with JIRA and in an Agile development process

· Experience working with an outsourced, and preferably off-shore Development Team; or equivalent experience managing a remote team

· Prior project management experience and an ability to critically review and prioritize projects based on business needs

· Proactive, thoughtful, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and able to effectively communicate across multiple business units and stakeholders

· Fit with working in a high growth, flexible startup environment in which employees are expected to take on multiple responsibilities and leadership positions

· Experience working with web-based analytics, and optimizing landing pages and user funnels

· Experience managing customer relationships and deliverables
