Summary

RDF is currently seeking candidates for the role of Credit Analyst to provide credit support for a portfolio of community financings by performing financial analysis, covenant monitoring, and annual reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Gather financial statements and perform timely covenant monitoring.  
  • Generate financial ratios and spreads, using software, to evaluate customers’ financial status. 
  • Support the Small Business Initiatives group.
  • Assists the Deputy Chief Credit Officer and Chief Credit Officer with various credit related projects, and performs other related duties as required. 

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the field of finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Although a bachelor’s degree is preferred, it may be offset with commensurate experience.

The successful individual must be a detail-oriented, problem solver, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.  At inception, the Credit analyst should be focused on quickly becoming knowledgeable of basic financial principles, to become a valued resource for financial analysis.  Reporting to and working closely with the Deputy Chief Credit Officer, the Credit Analyst will collaborate with RDF’s investment professionals, various departments of the organization, and members of senior leadership on a regular basis.
