Summary

The Consumer Lender delivers Craft3’s consumer lending products. The Lender will work closely with customers and partners to originate loans that advance environmental, economic, and family resilience in the Pacific Northwest. This role also includes engagement in outreach activities and partner relationship management.

 

Responsibilities

Craft3’s consumer lending team expands access to credit and supports communities by creating lending programs for individuals, including those with low- and moderate-incomes, credit challenges, and those unable to obtain conventional financing. We are always looking for equitable financing solutions that provide responsible capital to those who need it most. The consumer lending team uses our experience in housing, community development, lending, and government to serve our borrowers and partners. We bring creativity, compassion, and perseverance to all our work. Requirements

  • Comfort and proficiency with customer service and loan management database
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Loan Documentation and Servicing Systems, Contact Relationship Management system.

Knowledge and Experiences

Three years of related experience in a consumer lending, credit union, banking, public agency, or CDFI environment; must include experience in loan processing, documentation, underwriting, and/or servicing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with mortgage lending (such as sales, loan processing, documentation, funding) a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $48,000-$56,000
