Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage applications for commercial loan business.
• Critically review and assess customer’s financial capabilities and intentions.
• Oversee the completion of all loan documents and manage loan closures.
• Meticulously monitor the existing loan portfolio, championing our commitment to high-quality assets.
• Maintain organized and updated client files.
• Actively engage in driving both lending and deposit business for the company.
• Forge and nurture relationships by calling on existing clients and prospective leads.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a base plus monthly commission role.
