Aspen Institute, St. Louis Fed Release ‘Future of Building Wealth’ Book Featuring Essay by OFN
The Aspen Institute Financial Security Program in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has released a digital book called “The Future of Building Wealth: Brief Essays on the Best Ideas to Build Wealth—for Everyone.”
The publication compiles cutting-edge thinking and evidence-based solutions from a diverse array of more than 100 thought leaders to help people build wealth by reforming systems that penalize the poor and creating new opportunities to save for retirement, buy a home, get out of debt, and plan for the future.
Featured in the book is an essay by OFN’s Brent Howell, Lisa Mensah, and Dafina Williams called “Lending Where Others Will Not: How CDFIs Build Family and Community Wealth.”
