Francis A. Lutz

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Fran was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of OFN in June of 2016, providing oversight for all aspects of the organization. Fran joined OFN as its Chief Financial Officer in September 2012. He is also a member of OFN’s Investment Committee. Prior to OFN, was Group CFO for a private multinational group of diversified businesses operating globally in the healthcare, IT, education, real estate, and manufacturing industries. In addition, Fran has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services industry, specializing in international banking, structured finance, cash management, capital markets, and wealth advisory services. Fran has lived, worked, and traveled extensively overseas and serves on the boards of several nonprofit, educational, and religious organizations. He is married with two children, two dogs, and two cats. He is an avid outdoorsman.

Beth Lipson

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Beth joined OFN in 1997 and currently serves as Interim CFO, where she is responsible for creating and managing OFN’s financial, capital, and administrative strategies. In her dual role as Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, she also manages OFN's significant cross-functional initiatives. In her 19-year tenure at OFN, Beth has served many roles in finance and financial services, including CFO. Beth also serves on OFN’s Investment Committee. Beth has a MBA from the Wharton School and has a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Beth lives in Wynnewood, PA with her husband and two children.

Robin Odland

Executive Vice President, Financial Services

As EVP and Senior Lending Officer, Robin is responsible for OFN's lending activities, overseeing nearly $500 million in total capital under management. Prior to joining OFN in 2012, Robin held senior lending positions with other mortgage and finance organizations such as Capmark Finance and RAIT Investment Trust and the National Cooperative Bank. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. Robin is married with two grown children and four Dachshunds. In his spare time he enjoys a number of outdoor activities (Biking, Hiking & Skiing) and is an avid photographer.

Donna Fabiani

Donna oversees membership, research and production of key publications including the annual CDFI Side by Side report, industry events such as the OFN Conference and Small Business Finance Forum, and Venturize, OFN's signature responsible lending education initiative for small business owners. Prior to joining OFN in 2007, Donna spent eight years with the CDFI Fund managing research, leading the development of the CDFI Fund’s Community Impact Investment System (CIIS) data collection initiative, and underwriting CDFIs. Prior to her role with the CDFI Fund, Donna started and managed FINCA USA, a microenterprise CDFI. She holds a Master in Public Policy from Princeton University, and resides in Washington, D.C.

Liz Lopez

Executive Vice President, Public Policy

Liz leads OFN's advocacy efforts focusing on developing, supporting, and influencing the implementation of polices that benefit Member CDFIs and the industry as a whole. In her role as a leader of the Public Policy team at OFN, she works to build and enhance strategic relationships with Administration officials, members of Congress and their staff, and external partners. She currently serves on the board of the Hispanic Lobbyists Association, and serves as OFN's representative to the Native CDFI Network and the CDFI Coalition. Prior to joining OFN in 2014, Liz was a member of Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Federal Relations Group in Washington, D.C. where she advised clients in the formulation of national legislative policy in the areas of appropriations and tax. She also served as a political commentator, regularly appearing on CNN, CNN en Español, Univision, and Telemundo. Liz graduated with an A.B. in Political Science from the University of Chicago and earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School. Liz resides in Washington, D.C.

Lina is passionate about crafting powerful brands with purpose, and as OFN’s EVP, Strategic Communications is responsible for OFN's strategic communications plan, including building brand, setting marketing communications strategy, and launching marketing outreach and public relations campaigns to drive business results. Prior to joining OFN in 2004, Lina gained more than 25 years' experience building brand awareness in dynamic fields such as financial services, biometric security, information technology, and publishing. Lina is also a current member of the board of Fahe and holds certificates in Branding from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Executive Education and Executive Administration for Nonprofit Organizations from the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania, and resides in Philadelphia and Boston.

Pam leads OFN's strategic consulting practice, providing expertise to CDFIs, lenders, and investors. Prior to joining OFN in 2010, Pam spent 10 years as an executive at Right Management, the largest talent management consulting firm in the world. She started her career at JP Morgan and also worked directly with companies as CFO and CTO. Pam serves on the Boards of Uplift Solutions and Bryn Mawr Hospital Foundation. Pam received a BA, cum laude, from Wellesley College and resides in suburban Philadelphia with her family.
